Order processing policy

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

• For training and consulting work, this means that your place will be booked and confirmed.
• For cloud software / Qudos Club, this means that you account will be activated and available
• For software on physical media, this means that the product will be despatched or files made available for download

Individual proposals may include their own terms and conditions.

Software products are licenced - subject to their own specific licence agreements.
