Delivery and Refunds Information

Delivery policy and time frames 

For software products with online fulfillment: Hosted installations of Qudos 3 and subscription memberships of Qudos Club will go live within 2 business days of payment.

For self-hosted software products, we will make the necessary files available within 2 business days of payment.

These arrangements will apply unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds policy

Online subscriptions: We will offer a full refund on any online service that does not substantially comply with our promotional material that is current at that time. If the service does not meet its uptime guarantee, the subscription period will be extended for a downtime period without charge. The customer is responsible for ensuring that client side / communications components of the specified system requirements are met.

Software: We will offer a full refund on any online service that does not substantially comply with our promotional material that is current at that time.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind, cancel during the contracted period, or cannot provide an operating environment that meets the system requirements.

Training, audit, and consultancy services cancellations and changes: A booking may be transferred to a later session, or cancelled for a refund of fees - providing notice is received by Qudos in writing 10 or more business days before the scheduled date. No changes or refunds are possible within 10 business days of training date. Qudos reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session due to circumstances beyond its control. If a session is cancelled or postponed by Qudos, an alternative session or full refund on the cost will be offered. The client will be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred regardless of any refunds or changes agreed.
